Major chain to close 'for few days' - customers told 'no action required' on existing orders
Major home furnishings retailer ScS has announced that it is temporarily closing all of its stores "for a few days".
In an email sent to customers on Monday night (9 March), ScS announced that all of its stores will be closed.
The retailer said that the stores will be reopening on Thursday 12 March.
The major retailer said the stores are temporarily closed to "allow us to make some exciting updates" and it looks forward to welcoming customers back.
In the email it reassured customers who have orders placed. ScS said: "We want to reassure you that this does not affect your existing orders, scheduled deliveries, warranties, finance agreements or any ongoing customer service matters.
"All orders currently in progress will continue as planned. If you have an order with us, there is no action required.
"Our teams remain available to support you during this period, and you can contact us using the usual details here, if you need assistance."
It added: "We appreciate your understanding while we make these changes and look forward to welcoming you back when our doors reopen on the 12th of March."
The retailer has a number of stores across the West Midlands. Listed below are the stores in the region - which will subsequently be closed until 12 March.
