Severn Trent roadworks to plague major road in Stourbridge with traffic delays for four days
A major road in Stourbridge will be plagued with traffic delays due to Severn Trent roadworks.
Severn Trent Water roadworks will cause traffic delays on the A491 Hagley Road in Stourbridge from today (Friday 6 March).
West Midlands Roads warns that delays are expected until Tuesday 10 March.
The water firm will be carrying out "essential" roadwork at the junction with Heath Lane and multiway traffic signals will be in place.

West Midlands Roads urges drivers to "expect delays" and "plan ahead".
A Severn Trent spokesperson said: “Our teams are on site at Hagley Road as we need to carry out repair works to a hydrant chamber.
"To keep our teams and the public safe, traffic lights have been put in place and we’re working as quickly as possible to get our work done and everything put back to normal.
"We understand that repairs and traffic management like this can be an inconvenience and we thank everyone for their patience while this is being carried out.”
