Firefighters rush to Sedgley High Street - residents told to 'avoid the area'
Four fire crews are at the scene.
Firefighters were called to Sedgley High Street after reports of a blaze earlier this evening (March 5).
People were told to 'avoid the area where possible'.
Four crews were seen near District 21, formerly Marley's Bar, on High Street and were still in place as of 8pm on Thursday.
The fire is understood to have started within a kitchen at the bar / nightclub, with fire crew personnel on the scene telling the Express and Star the situation had been brought under control.
