Man and boy arrested on suspicion of motor theft following Dudley pursuit
Two people have been arrested after officers pursued a suspected stolen vehicle in Dudley.
A 46-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of motor theft after West Midlands Police officers pursued them across three different boroughs.
Officers spotted a Honda CR-V that was suspected of being stolen in Dudley this morning.

The driver quickly sped off from officers after being spotted, leading to a lengthy pursuit through Dudley, Sandwell and Birmingham.
However, the force's specially trained roads policing officers continued to chase the vehicle, which was also established to be on cloned plates.
The vehicle eventually came to a stop on the M6, near Junction 5, at around 1.30am.
The 16-year-old boy and the man, aged 46, were both arrested, and following the search of the vehicle, a metal pole was recovered.
The pair were detained on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, failing to stop and possession of an offensive weapon.
The man has also been arrested on suspicion of burglary in the Cambridgeshire area.
Both remain in custody for questioning.
A force spokesperson said: "A 16-year-old boy and a man, aged 46, were arrested, and following a search of the vehicle, a metal pipe was recovered.
"The pair were detained on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, failing to stop and possession of an offensive weapon.
"The man has also been arrested on suspicion of a burglary in the Cambridgeshire area. They both remain in custody for questioning."
