Man, aged 43, arrested following Bloxwich assault that left man in serious condition
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following an incident in Bloxwich yesterday.
West Midlands Police have said that a 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after another man was found seriously injured on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to the scene of Chantry Avenue, Bloxwich, at around 1.30am on Sunday morning, following reports that a man had attacked.

On arrival, responding teams discovered the man, aged in his 30s, who was found to have sustained serious injuries.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Now, West Midlands Police have announced that a 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the attack, with the man remaining in police custody today for questioning.

A force spokesperson said: "We've arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder after another man was found seriously injured in Bloxwich yesterday.
"A man, aged 43, was arrested yesterday afternoon and remains in police custody this morning, where he will be questioned on suspicion of attempted murder. "
The force said that their investigation continues, with local officers remaining in the area for reassurance.
