Fast food chain to open new restaurant in former Lloyd's Bank premises in Wolverhampton

A fast food chain specialising in serving flame-grilled chicken is to open a new restaurant in Wolverhampton.

A new Pepe’s Piri Piri store is set to open at 3 and 4 Three Tuns Parade, Stafford Road.

The property was previously occupied by Lloyds Bank.

Extending to 1,951 sq ft across two floors, the versatile premises are prominently located within a popular shopping parade on the outskirts of the city centre.

Martin Zaki, who handled the letting of the property for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The premises occupy a highly visible position just off the main A449 Stafford Road leading to Wolverhampton city centre. 

“We are pleased to have completed a letting to Pepe’s Piri Piri, a company which has approaching 250 stores across the UK, and it will be another welcome addition to the area.”
