Rush hour accident in Newport causes some delays

An accident in Newport caused some delays to rush hour traffic.

The collision between two vehicles on Shrewsbury Road took place at around 4pm, with a crew from Shropshire Fire and Rescue attending the scene, along with police.

Crews helped the occupants of the vehicles but there were no serious injuries.
