Main A5 road in Staffordshire northbound temporarily closed for roadworks: Here's what you need to know
A partial closure of the A5 in Staffordshire has been made for emergency resurfacing work to take place.
It is closed northbound between the A453 at Bassetts Pole and the M6 Toll for the A38 at Weeford due to infrastructure defects.
National Highways: West Midlands say it will remain in place for a number of hours whilst resurfacing takes place.
A diversion is in place via the A5 and A453 following the solid diamond diversion symbol on road signs.
