Wolverhampton Christmas Day murder: Woman released on bail as investigation into fatal stabbing continues
A woman arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Wolverhampton on Christmas Day has been released on bail.
A 42-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of assisting an offender after a man was stabbed to death in the early hours of Christmas Day (Thursday) at a house in Burcot Avenue in the Deansfield area of the city.
Two men who had been arrested on suspicion of the murder after the 30-year-old man died at around 3.30am on December 25 were released on Saturday, with no further action to be taken.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "The woman who was arrested yesterday has been released on bail pending further investigations.
