West Bromwich dessert shop applies for late night opening licence
The owners of a restaurant in West Bromwich have applied to open until 3am.

KN Restaurants has applied to Sandwell Council to serve late night refreshments at Betsy's X Little Dessert Shop from 11pm to 3am, seven days a week.
The premises currently runs as a dessert shop and also has sister venues in Wolverhampton and Lichfield
