Thousands of shoppers have rushed to their favourite shopping outlets to grab a post-Christmas deal this year.
The first day of the post-Christmas sales period was busier than ever as shoppers around the country flocked to their choice of outlet to grab a Boxing Day bargain.
This year, the place to be seemed to be Staffordshire's McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands, as thousands of bargain hunters hit the road to nab a deal.

So busy was the day that the surrounding roads were jammed with traffic; however, that didn't seem to dampen the vibes, as inside the venue, it was nothing but smiles, laughter, and plenty of low prices.
Talking to shoppers, the top stores to visit this year seemed to be the named brands Adidas, Nike and Lacoste, as well as the legendary Hairob store for those that were looking for a tasty treat.
Two shoppers, Raksha Choudary and Saumya Sanskrity, said that while it was troubling getting into the venue, once they were inside, 'it was amazing'.
