Woman fined £300 for dumping rubbish in a Dudley country lane after street cleaning officers found her address on discarded post
A resident is paying the price for flytipping after a pile of rubbish left in a country lane near Dudley was traced to her address.
Dudley's street cleansing officers were searching through rubbish dumped in Foxcote Lane in Cradley when they found personal mail.
It was addressed to a woman who lived in Cradley Heath who has since paid a £300 fixed penalty notice for the offence.
