A deceptively large retail unit in Stourbridge town centre is going under the hammer for £190,000
The shop in Stourbridge town centre, which used to house a branch of optician’s chain Specsavers, is appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.
The property in a prominent position at 71 High Street will have a £190,000+ guide price in the livestreamed auction on Wednesday, December 10.
Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, explained that the “versatile and spacious” retail space could be ideal for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.
