Midlands consultancy group plans 2026 forum expansion after successful 2025 events

The business improvement consultancy, founded in 2019, that specialises in helping organisations grow, cut costs and improve productivity, held two successful events in 2025.

Speakers have included former Stourbridge MP and ex-government minister Margot James, author and CEO Brian Moore, Sally Gibson, managing director at business process outsourcer Dawleys, Easby Group CEO Jason Crabtree and businessman Vipul Vachhani at the events held at Ardencote Manor Hotel, Claverdon, Warwickshire.

Founder and managing director Adam Smith, from Kidderminster, said: “The format of having three experienced CEO speakers share their stories, followed by a panel session with audience interaction, was very well received by attendees.

“The speakers have all been of a high calibre, coming from varied backgrounds including politics, manufacturing, electronics, marketing and aerospace.”

Mike Beirns, senior manager at Henley Engineers, attended two events this year and said: “I personally take a lot from these leadership sessions; it reminds me just how much I’ve done in my career and still have lots to give. It’s a motivational experience which is greatly appreciated.”

Looking ahead to 2026, Inspiring Group - which helps clients to deliver through meaningful activities as opposed to sitting in board rooms presenting theory - plans to extend the format into specific business disciplines including finance, human resources and intellectual property management. 

The events provide an opportunity for business people to take time out from day-to-day working in their business and think more about how they can work on their business and make improvements.
