CCTV appeal launched to trace witnesses after 70-year-old woman seriously injured after being struck by car in West Midlands
Police have launched a video appeal after a woman in her 70s was injured after being struck by a car.
West Midlands Police have released CCTV footage moments before a woman, aged in her 70s, was struck by a car in Solihull, leaving her with serious injuries.
The incident took place on Lode Lane, at the roundabout junction with Streetsbrook Road, at around 4.40pm on November 4, and saw the woman suffer multiple serious injuries.

The driver of the car involved, a black Range Roger, remained at the scene to help with police enquiries following the incident.
Now, police need to find a pedestrian and the driver of a BMW who were only meters away from the collision when it happened, with the force saying that they may be able to help with their investigations.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We need your help finding this pedestrian and driver after a woman in her 70s was seriously injured in a collision in Solihull.
"It happened on Lode Lane in Solihull at the roundabout junction with Streetsbrook Road, at around 4.40pm on 4 November.
"The woman suffered multiple serious injuries and remains in hospital. The driver of the car involved, a black Range Rover, remained at the scene to assist police.
"We now need to find a pedestrian and the driver of a BMW who were metres away from the collision when it happened and may be able to help our investigation."
