A recent study by the Online Marketing Surgery and BLG Development Finance has revealed the West Midlands neighbourhoods with the highest increase in property values.
The House Price Change Report, using data from the Office for National Statistics, helps to show the median house prices in neighbourhoods across the West Midlands based on their price change from March 2024 to March 2025.

Four Black Country neighbourhoods were included in the highest increase in property prices this year, with one seeing a rise of more than 30 per cent.

1. Five Ways South and Calthorpe Park, Birmingham
Property average prices for Five Ways South and Calthorpe Park in Birmingham ranged around £235,500 in March 2024. However, the neighbourhood saw a 112.3 per cent increase in the year, with the new average price sitting at £500,000.
