Jury sworn in for 10-day trial of Wolverhampton company charged after employee injured in 2017 industrial accident
The jury has been sworn in for the trial of a Wolverhampton landscaping company over an employee sustaining life-changing injuries in 2017.
Jack Moody Landscaping and Civil Engineering, of Holybush Farm, Warstones Lane, Wolverhampton, is being prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive.
