Codsall hair salon proves a cut above the weather as they raise money on charity morning
A Codsall hair salon held a charity event to give something back to the community and those suffering with their mental well-being.
Wow Hair Codsall held the morning on Saturday in support of Mind, the leading mental health charity to provide help and awareness of the issue.
Free blow dries were on offer at the salon, on Wolverhampton Road, with a raffle which included prizes such as a skim and massage, free hair makeover and a voucher for The Flower Shop, Codsall.
For the culinary minded there was also a cake sale and despite the weather, the event was very well attended.
Amy Gyacsek who runs the salon said: "We are very much a community salon here in Codsall and we thought we would give something back by coming together to support mental health awareness, start conversations, and raise vital funds for Mind because everyone deserves to feel supported."
