Six arrested and £100k seized in Staffordshire crime crackdown
Staffordshire Police have made six arrests and seized £100,000 in cash as they continue to crack down on crime in the region.
Staffordshire Police's Road Crime Team (RTC) has seized £100,000 in cash and made a number of arrests in the last week as they continue their work to keep the streets safe.
From intercepting and arresting suspects to recovering stolen vehicles, the force's RCT have been hard at work disrupting the criminal network and making the streets more secure.

During the week of intensive action, on November 3, officers responded to reports of a vehicle being driven 'erratically' on the M6 motorway in Stafford.
After stopping and searching the vehicle, officers discovered £100,000 stashed inside.
A 35-year-old woman, from London, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled class A (cocaine), and acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.
She was later released on conditional bail while enquiries continue.
On Friday, November 7, officers responded to reports of four pedestrians near the M6 motorway in Tittensor.
A 23-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion of entering/remaining in the UK beyond the time limit, while a 26-year-old man and two teenagers, also of no fixed address, were arrested on knowingly entering the UK without leave.
All four were referred to Immigration Enforcement.
Then, on Saturday, November 8, RCT officers used 'pre-emptive' tactics to stop a vehicle travelling on the A500 Sideway in Stoke-on-Trent.
A man inside was arrested and transferred to another force area after it was established that he was wanted for rape and common assault.
Chief Inspector Scott McGrath, who leads the RCT, said: "Every week our sights are firmly focused on the safety of our roads and taking the fight to criminals who think it’s acceptable to use them for criminality, including the distribution of drugs and criminal assets and exploiting vulnerable people."
