340 wraps of suspected class A drugs seized in Wolverhampton and two men are charged
Police have charged two men with drug offences after 340 wraps of class A drugs were seized in Wolverhampton after a car was stopped
Two men were arrested after more than 340 wraps of suspected class A drugs were seized when a car was stopped by police in Penn Road, Wolverhampton.
Neighbourhood officers from West Midlands Police are out on patrol stopped the vehicle after spotting suspicious activity on nearby Graisley Row at just after 11am on Friday morning. The two occupants tried to make off but were soon detained.

On carrying out searches, 348 small packets were recovered which are believed to contain heroin and crack cocaine. These will now be forensically analysed as part of the investigation.
Two men aged 25 and 42 have been charged with possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply and are due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (Monday).
We are arresting many more suspects – in the last 12 months (Oct 2024 – Sep 2025) we’ve made 60,111 arrests, an increase of 20,000 against 2022.
