Himley Park attraction is seeking alcohol sale licence

A business running events at Himley Park near Dudley is applying for a premises licence.

Enchanted Adventures Events Limited of Himley Hall Park & Walled Garden, of Himley Road, Himley, is applying to South Staffordshire Council for licensable activities Monday to Sunday including live music 11am-10.30pm, recorded music 11am- 11.30pm, supply of alcohol 11am-11pm, provision of films 11am-10.30pm and the performance of dance 11am- 10.30pm.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the licensing team at South Staffordshire Council, Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX or by phoning 01902 696000 or via email: licensing@sstaffs.gov.uk by no later than November 27.

 Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. 

Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant and anyone making representations will have to appear at the council's licensing sub-committee.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
