Drunk driver who ploughed into Halesowen island after performing solo sex act avoids jail despite attacking responding police officers
A drunken driver who ploughed into a Halesowen island after performing a solo sex act and then attacked two police officers has avoided jail.
Alfred Brozi, 52,of Church Lane, West Bromwich, was found by police officers drunk and incoherent in his van on the middle of Mucklow Hill island at 11.30pm on January 11, this year.
When the police officer opened the van door Brozi slurred he owned the van but was a passenger and the driver had fled the scene. When asked for the keys he kicked the PC who immediately called for emergency back up.
He refused kicked the PC in the side twice again before back up arrived forcing the officer to Pava spray him.
It took several officers to mandhandle Brozi into the back of a police van where he ranted and raved as well as spitting towards any officer who approached him.
When at the station Brozi continued his aggressive behaviour, flobbing on another PC as well as punching him. Brozi refused officers to take a blood test and co-operate during an interview. Sent back to his cell Brozi fella asleep but awoke just as angry.
