Date set for a ten day trial of Black Country landscaping and civil engineering firm over an industrial accident
A legal hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court confirmed the trial of a Black Country landscaping firm concerning an employee being injured during an industrial accident in September 2017.
Jack Moody Landscaping and Civil Engineering, of Holybush Farm, Warstones Lane, Wolverhampton, is being prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive.
The company pleaded not guilty in March at Wolverhampton Crown Court to breaching its duty towards an employee's safety after an industrial accident eight years ago.
