Man jailed after breaching Criminal Behaviour Order in Blackheath
A man has been jailed after breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from entering a store in the Blackheath area.
Marcus Henry, aged 34, of Spiral Close, Halesowen, has been jailed for four weeks after breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) that stopped him from entering a supermarket on Halesowen Street, Blackheath.
The CBO order banned Henry from entering the store for three years; however, on September 4, he entered the premises and was recognised by a security guard.

Henry then went on to commit a series of shop thefts in Dudley between September 9 and October 9.
Over the crime spree, he targeted four stores in Lye, Halesowen and Merry Hill, stealing hundreds of pounds of chocolate items.
He admitted to all offences at a hearing at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court and was jailed for four weeks.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Sandwell South has its own dedicated retail crime team that identifies prolific offenders and brings them to justice.
"Please report any incidents of retail crime by calling 101. Always call 999 in an emergency."
