11 circular bus route serving Birmingham diverted for weekend roadworks
Passengers on a busy circular bus service through Birmingham will be facing diversions today and tomorrow due to roadworks.
The number 11A and 11C serve several communities including Perry Barr and Handsworth and will be affected by a road closure from Grove Lane to Handsworth Wood Road for carriageway lining work.
Bus operator National Express West Midlands posted on X: "Diversion: service 11A/C on October 12, from 6.30am-2.30pm: Church Lane closed from Grove Lane to Handsworth Wood Road for highway lining works.
"11A Wellington Road, Handsworth Wood Road, Friary Road, Oxhill Rd, Rookery Road. 11C: Perry Barr - Reverse of above."
