Oldbury man to stand trial in May 2028 after pleading not guilty to slew of charges concerning the same woman including strangulation
An Oldbury man has denied several violent offences against the same woman, including strangulation, and will stand trial in May, 2028.
Rohan Uppal, of Pool Lane, Oldbury, was charged with five offences concerning the same woman at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Uppal, 19, pleaded not guilty to coercive control, assault causing actual bodily harm, common assault and two counts of intentional strangulation in September this year.
