'Serial offender' from Wolverhampton escapes prison after being told they are full
A Wolverhampton man has narrowly escaped jail after a series of shoplifting offences but has been warned he is on his 'last chance.'
Mark Stacey appeared for sentencing at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Tuesday after earlier admitting a charge of going equipped for theft.
The court heard he was not at his home address of Francis Street, Wolverhampton on September 28 2023.
