The trial of three men accused of killing Suzanne Cherry on Aston Wood Golf Club will now take place next year.

The car which struck Mrs Cherry was involved in a police pursuit.

However, this week the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed the trial would not be held until the New Year.

A CPS spokesman said: "The trial date in been listed for the January 12, 2026."
In the aftermath of Suzanne's death three other men were arrested and remain on police bail.
