Romanian man admits wounding with intent in Wolverhampton ahead of a trial for attempted murder charges

A Romanian man set for an attempted murder trial in October has pleaded guilty wounding a man in Wolverhampton.

Circiu Axente, of Bright Street in Wolverhampton, was charged with attempted murder after attacking a male on Saturday, March 8.

Axente was arrested shortly afterwards and was remanded in custody after appearing at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court.
