Stables within Himley Conservation Area set to be transformed into residential home
Stables in the Himley Conservation Area are set to be transformed into a residential home.
A planning application has been submitted to South Staffordshire Council to change The Demense Stables into a residential home.

The applicant is Sheena Hamilton Trust which wants to change the use of the stables on Stoubridge Road, Wombourne.
In a statement to planning officers, the applicant said: "The Demesne Stables formed the original stable block built for the Demesne Estate in South Staffordshire. The building falls within the Himley Conservation Area protecting the Grounds and Parkland surrounding the Grade II* Listed Himley Hall.
