Popular Hagley wine bar relaunches its menu with a new name, chef and dishes
A popular Hagley wine bar has relaunched its new menu after hiring a new chef.
East@West One held the relaunch at West One, Hagley, on (Thursday) and is now fully open to the public.
West One has been a staple of the Hagley dining and social scene for over 20 years but the new menu will focus on Korean and Japanese dishes using only fresh ingredients imported from those countries.
Claire Leddington from West One said: "We have a new chef who has worked extensively around the wold but more recently in the West End of London.
"We think the new menu will prove very popular if the tasting session is anything to go by and the feedback from people when we announced the re-launch. It is a very loyal customer base we have built up over the last 20 years or so and we are also keen to expand that further."
The new menu is available now and West One is open everyday from noon.
