Racist yob from Wolverhampton who screamed abuse at pensioners home before stripping off avoids jail
A racist yob from Wolverhampton who screamed abuse at a woman's house in Birmingham as he stripped off in her driveway before spitting blood at a police officer has avoided jail.
Ryan Tozer, originally from Wolverhampton, but living at the Moatway, Birmingham, was drunk on July 20, this year, when he began screaming racist abuse outside a woman's house in Bournville.
The 30-year-old appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday), where he was sentenced for criminal damage, racially aggravated harassment and assaulting a police constable whilst they were undertaking their duties .
Prosecuting, Sally Cairns said: "These offences were committed in breach of two community orders. Just after 11pm on July 24, this year, the complainant was heard shouting outside her house.
"Shouting racial abuse including 'send that black ***** back home' and then began stripping off his clothes in the road. She phoned 999 when he knocked over her bin, when police arrived he was rolling around on the floor.
