Officers from the Willenhall neighbourhood team attended St Stephen’s Church recently to meet young people who were taking part in a summer activity week.

PCSO Zaheda Mulla gave a talk to the children where she spoke about her role of an officer and answered any questions they had, while the youngsters were also able to see the inside of a police car.

PCSO Mulla said: “It is always lovely to speak to young people in our communities.

"They are always interested to hear about the role of an officer and they ask some really good questions.

“We really like to make it fun so we let the children try on our uniforms including jackets and hat and we let them have a look inside our police car.

"Meeting young people is certainly one of my favourite aspects of being a PCSO and I am always available for a chat so if you see me out and about come and say hello.”
