Wolverhampton man to stand trial in 2028 accused of rape, coercive control and assault by beating
A 2028 trial date has been set for a Wolverhampton man accused of three counts of rape, coercive control and assault by beating.
Choman Mustafa, 36, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday for a plea hearing.
Mustafa, of Dunstall Hill Road, was charged with three counts of rape. He pleaded not guilty.
