Plans revealed to build new estate on site of former Mitsubishi showroom in Halesowen

A planning application has been submitted to Dudley Council for 14 new houses to be built on the site of the former Mitsubishi showroom in Halesowen.

Birmingham company ProBuild 360 has already demolished the showroom, offices and workshop in preparation for the new residential estate. 

The company wants to build 14 homes on the Hagley Road West site which is in the Halesowen North ward.

In a statement to the council's planning department, the company said: "This application is for the construction of 14 new build houses consisting of three and four bedroom dwellings with associated landscape, amenity and car parking.

"The site freehold is owned by the applicant who has cleared the site of the previous development consisting of showroom, offices and large workshop buildings in preparation for the development of the site for a residential use."

The statement added: "The proposal has been developed with a mix of house types and sizes to create a varied development in both scale and appearance of properties to serve a mix of occupant groups from small to larger families."

ProBuild 360 is based in Phoenix Park, Aston, and was established more than 20 years ago.
