Emergency crews are helping to rescue a cow which got stuck in mud in a field near Stafford.

They are working in Potmans Lane, in Milwich after being called out shortly after 10.30 on Saturday morning.

Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service posted on X: "@StaffsFire We have crews in attendance at an incident on Potmans Lane, Milwich, Stafford, involving a cow stuck in mud, owner and vet are in attendance also."
