Dudley man pleads not guilty to threatening woman with shotgun in Oldbury
A Dudley man has denied threatening a woman with shotgun in Oldbury in June.
Kane Payne, 26, pleaded not guilty to possessing a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The charge relates to an incident at Badsey Road, Oldbury, at 1.20am on June 25, this year. No-one was injured but a woman complained to West Midlands Police.
