The jury is deliberating the guilt of Paul Topham accused of murdering 94-year-old Harold Monk in his sheltered accommodation on October 3, last year.

The 45-year-old has admitted manslaughter and burglary but denies murder, which could result in a 30 year jail sentence if guilty.
