Man arrested on suspicion of murder after man found dead with 'serious injuries' in Birmingham
A man has today (Thursday) been arrested on suspicion of murder after another man, found with serious injuries in Kings Heath, tragically died.
Craig Dean was attacked in Springfield Road at around 5pm on Monday, July 7 but the 53-year-old, known as Yankee, died in hospital two days later.

The 23-year-old man was detained earlier today and remains in police custody as investigators continue with enquiries.
Three other people, two men aged 23 and 31 and a woman, aged 34, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and also remain in custody this evening.
The family of Mr Dean are being kept informed and are being offered support.
Detective Inspector Dan Jarratt, who is leading the investigation, said: "Our thoughts remain with Mr Dean's loved ones and we are continuing with our work to establish exactly what happened.
"The investigation is moving at pace and we'd ask anyone who we've not yet spoken with, but who thinks they can help, to get in touch."
"We're particularly interested in anyone with CCTV, dashcam doorbell or mobile phone footage. We would ask you share it here https://mipp.police.uk/operation/20HQ25A13-PO1 rather than publicly.
"You can also call us via 101, quoting log 4334 of 7/7/25 or alternatively, Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
