£150K cash was allegedly hidden in car stopped by West Midlands traffic officers
Traffic officers found £150,000 in cash allegedly stashed in a car after stopping the driver and carrying out a dramatic arrest.
West Midlands Police has launched an investigation after the silver Toyota was intercepted in an undisclosed area.
The force's traffic team posted on social media platform X: "D-unit ANPR interceptors used pre-emptive tactics to stop this vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle by our team revealed over £150,000 hidden away.
"Investigations are ongoing."
