Restaurant operator makes premises licence application to serve booze
Owners of a restaurant on the Willenhall- Wolverhampton boundary are applying for a licence to sell alcohol
The notice to Wolverhampton Council stated: "An application for a premises licence has been made by Jai Vaishno Devi Ltd - l in respect of premises known as Royal Darbarsituated at 657 Willenhall Road in Willenhall. The application is as follows, sale of alcohol by retail on and off the premises Mondays-Sundays 10am-11pm."

Any representations must be made in writing to Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH before July 29 .Details of the full application can be viewed between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
