What is the Bostin' Black Country Bash?
“The Bostin’ Black Country Bash will be a fantastic celebration of everything that makes our region special. We’re proud to host such a vibrant event here in Walsall, honouring the Black Country’s past while bringing our community together for a fantastic day of fun and culture," said Councillor Gary Flint, portfolio holder for culture, health and wellbeing at Walsall Council.
Will there be non-musical entertainment throughout the day?
Yes, in addition to live music, festivalgoers can enjoy a mix of local food, drinks, and entertainment for all ages. The day will include performances from a fairground organ and a display of historic fairground vehicles including a working traction engine. As well as traditional rides and games, there will also be drop-in crafts from Walsall Leather Museum. The Black Country Geopark team will also be at the festival to tell the story of how the Black Country played a major role in the creation of our world today.
