The man who killed a Stafford woman in his flat is facing a life imprisonment after being found guilty of her murder in a unanimous verdict.
Rebecca Simkin's decomposed body was found under an upturned sofa in Wayne Bond's Newport Road bedsit in Stafford on July 29 last year after her killer reported the presence of the body at the premises operated by housing association Midlands Heart.
She found with severe injuries to her face and neck.

The jury at Stafford Crown Court herd that the victim was captured on CCTV entering the building and the flat six days earlier and was not seen alive after that.
