Facelift proposal for farm's access driveway near Wolverhampton
Resurfacing work is to be carried out on a driveway crossing common land and leading to a farm in Penn Common near Wolverhampton.

The notice states:"We give notice that an application will be made to alter and upgrade the existing drive into Grange Farm from the Sedgley Road in Penn. The drive currently crosses Common Land and will be resurfaced in Tarmacadam or similar surface as approved by the local planning authority."

Common land is typically owned by a local council, a private individual, or an organisation like the National Trust.
