Three people charged after police seize drugs worth around £75,000 - including two from Dudley

Three people including two from the Black Country have been charged after police seized around £75,000 worth of drugs and about £12,000 in cash.

The drugs and money were discovered by police after multiple searches in Lichfield and Dudley on Tuesday (June 24).

Staffordshire Police has now confirmed two men and one woman have been charged with offences.

They include William Haycox, aged 29 and of Dudley, who has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession with intent to supply cocaine, being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possessing criminal property.

Laura Watton, aged 32, also of Dudley, has been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of cannabis, possession with intent to supply cannabis and possessing criminal property.

Kyle Atkinson, aged 32 and of Lichfield, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession with intent to supply cocaine and a detainee refusing to provide a sample for a drug test.

All three are due to appear at Newcastle-under-Lyme Magistrates Court today (June 26).
