Tenth person charged after police execute drugs supply warrants in Cannock
A tenth person has been charged with drug supply offences after Staffordshire Police carried out warrants in Cannock.
Staffordshire Police has charged Jamie Orgill, 37 and of Blackfords, Cannock, with conspiracy to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine), two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis) and possession of criminal property.
The charge comes after officers from the major and organised crime team worked together with local policing teams to search 12 addresses in the Cannock area on Wednesday, June 11.
During the searches, drugs, cash and various weapons were found.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: "A 10th person has been charged with drug supply offences after we carried out warrants in Cannock."
Orgill appeared at Newcastle-under-Lyme Magistrates Court on Friday, June 20.
He was remanded into custody, along with the others who have been charged, ahead of their next appearance at Stafford Crown Court on July 18.
