Repeat flasher is put back behind bars for lewd act at Dudley beauty spot where children were playing
A repeat sex offender has been jailed again for exposing himself in a park where families were visiting.
A female motorist phoned 999 and her friends in disbelief when Adam Stevenson, aged 44, of Oldbury, pulled up alongside her in a car park near Leasowes country park in Halesowen with his trousers round his ankles.
Wolverhampton Crown Court sitting at Telford Magistrates Court heard how children were playing nearby when the incident happened at about 2.20pm on May 18 when the defendant drove up in a VW Golf.
Miss Leoni Waghorn, prosecuting barrister, said: "The victim and her associates contacted the police and reported what was happening. Her attention was drawn to the vehicle because the driver stalled it.
"She asked if he was okay and at that point the defendant wolf-whistled with his car door open. When she looked she saw that the car door was open and his trousers was pulled down to his ankles."
