Harvey O’Connor, aged 21, has been locked up after preying on his victim, who was “powerless” to stop him.

However, she was in court to see O’Connor face justice for the sex attack, which happened in September last year.

Details of O’Connor’s rape of the woman in Bridgnorth were set out at Shrewsbury Crown Court.

It was said that he pulled the victim by her waist and “demanded kisses”.

He took off his trousers and grabbed the victim’s breasts. He restrained her with one hand as he closed in and raped her.

“She was powerless to stop you,” Judge Samantha Crabb told O’Connor. “She told you to stop but you didn’t.”
