Officers from West Mercia Police followed a car, which was suspected to be stolen, on Wednesday night in Kidderminster, then gave chase when the black Renault Megane failed to stop.
After a stinger was deployed and a box tactic was used, the car was brought to a halt, with one occupant fleeing the scene, but an 18-year-old man, who was the other occupant, was arrested on suspicion of theft of EV cables in Worcestershire.
