Wolverhampton shoplifter who plagued Tettenhall shops given two-year community order and weekly class A drug tests
A shoplifter who repeatedly stole from businesses in Tettenhall has avoided jail after appearing at court.
James Horton, 37, stole coffee, chocolate, washing powders, batteries, juices, groceries and soft drinks during a crime spree lasting 11 days last year.
In September and October last year Horton repeatedly targeted Co-op Food in Tettenhall High Street and One Stop in Tettenhall Road.
